Ljupka Gojić Mikić and Željka Gojić on one side, and THE GARDEN COLLECTIVE (thegardencollective.hr), through its operating holding company The Garden Brewery d.d., have signed a binding letter of intent defining the strategic partnership between these two premium Croatian brands. Based on the signed binding letter of intent, Ljupka Gojić Mikić and THE GARDEN COLLECTIVE (through the operating holding company The Garden Brewery d.d.) will become equal partners and co-owners of CHERRY FLOWER d.o.o., with registered offices in Zagreb, Albaharijeva Street 5, Zagreb, VAT ID: 25265148874 (each party will own 50% of the share capital of CHERRY FLOWER d.o.o.). CHERRY FLOWER d.o.o. operates Jolie Petite Pâtisserie and will hold the rights to use the trademarks "JOLIE PETITE" and "JOLIE PETITE BY LJUPKA GOJIĆ". Furthermore, upon completion of the transaction, CHERRY FLOWER d.o.o. will also own 50% of the share capital of the Pizzeria 14 project (through ownership of 50% of the share capital of the operating company Pizza na treću MVP d.o.o.). The signatories have committed to fully complete the signing of transaction documentation in December 2025, with all legal effects taking effect from 1 January 2026.
Ljupka Gojić Mikić, as the original creator and creative director of JOLIE PETITE products, will continue to lead operations, with the ambition to achieve national and international expansion through synergy potential with THE GARDEN COLLECTIVE group, whilst remaining faithful to the original vision: creating products that, through their uncompromising quality and aesthetics, generate experiences and memories.
