Our portfolio

Sustainability is balance

All of The Garden Collective members share a responsibility to the people, places, and environments they operate in. To us, sustainability is not an initiative or a marketing message. It is how we think, decide, and act.

Green infrastructure

We prioritise adaptable, low-impact solutions that can be integrated into existing environments and, where possible, removed or repurposed without long-term harm.

Shade, water management, planting, and natural materials are preferred, not for the aesthetic, but as functional elements that improve comfort, reduce resource use, and support resilience.

Packaging and distribution choices

The Garden Brewery chose cans for many reasons. They are lightweight, requiring less energy to transport and reducing emissions across distribution and logistics. They are also highly recyclable.

All of our companies work towards similar goals within their niche.

Water reuse and resource efficiency

Across our events, venues, brewing, and hospitality operations, we focus on reducing water waste, re-using where possible, and working with partners who share our values.

“Happy to be a crucial part of The Garden Collective, as it has allowed us a quick rise to one of the best breweries in the EU, producing hundreds of styles of award-winning beer. All natural, sustainable, and refreshing. Cheers!”
David Plant, Founder, The Garden Brewery

“The collaboration with The Garden started with imaginative dishes designed to match their craft beers, somewhere between bistro and street food. We work well as a team: sharing ideas, inspiring each other until we cook up something new.”
